Department of Broadcasting
Professors of the Department of Broadcasting hold the theory that a good producer must be able to do multitasking. Directing, photography, editing, and sound effects are just a few of the intricacies behind broadcasting, and students of the Department of Broadcasting will investigate the total system and structure of television from planning, production, distribution and evaluation. The curriculum of our department emphasizes the interdisciplinary education that actively fuses production works with theoretical approaches. To approach the current issues of culture and society properly, an observation and analysis of cultural and social phenomena as well as conversation on film aesthetics, humanities, and contemporary society will be exercised. With digital literacy and good research skills, graduates of the Department of Broadcasting will become a prominent producer of a broadcasting company, a cable TV, or an independent production firm.
