The applicants must apply AMA according to the deadline above. There are only exceptions if they have an official request from the minister of education or culture in their own counties before August when their application package with a portfolio is arrived to the office of International Affairs before July 30. However, these exceptional cases will be disadvantageous and will not be admitted if applied after the admission decision has been made in late July and early August. One must apply for the following year.
