Slide entries: |
| Number each slide on the mount, indicate "up"and include first and last name. |
|
Computer art entries: |
| These may be submitted on VHS, Super VHS, CD-ROM, DVD or Zip disks. |
|
Video/Film or media and performing arts entries: |
| There must be submitted on VHS tape or DVD, or applicant may schedule a live audition in place of a video. |
|
Research Paper: |
| Must be well-organized, submitted typed, double-spaced with applicant's name. |
